Josefine Ås Biography

After working as a freelance journalist and editor in chief for two different action sport magazines in Stockholm Sweden, I have, for almost 20 years also created a strong niche as international media relations manager and press officer for various world class events in the realm of outdoor and action sports. With my vast experience I cover most aspects of communication; management, content creation, traditional PR, social media, networking, distribution channels, and media monitoring. With a longtime involvement and knowledge of the outdoor industry, I also work as production manager for photo and film shoots in an outdoor environment.

Passionate of the mountains and all the sports it offers, I have my home base in La Grave, in the French Southern Alps.
